Charles (Chuck) is the founder of CRJ Electric, and has worked in the electrical field for over 30 years. His construction experience began at the age of 15, and his formal training was at the hands of the U.S. Navy Construction Battalions, where he received extensive schooling in all aspects of electrical construction and design - ranging from motors and controllers, power distribution, power generation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. While operating CRJ Electric, he has designed and installed generator systems for television stations and circuitry for heavy-duty air handling systems in military and commercial locations.
Although his experience began as industrial-based, Chuck has been able to utilize his knowledge and expertise and apply them to the custom residential home industry. His insight and forethought in design and implementation help make CRJ Electric an invaluable electrical contractor for numerous general contractors and homeowners.

Wayne is our Contracts Manager & Estimator. He brings over 30 years of managerial experience to CRJ Electric, with 20 years pertaining directly to electrical engineering and construction. Wayne has managed numerous projects in communications, electronics research, and product development.
Kaysie joined our team with over 10 years experience in Marketing, Administration, and Customer Relations. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Her prior experience as Manager of Customer Relations at Syntex Laboratories has helped streamline office procedures. Kaysie’s organizational skills and drive to superior Customer Service have been an asset to CRJ Electric.
Gregg has 20 + years of electrical experience. In addition to his expertise in the electrical field, his extensive training and experience in HVAC Systems, welding fabrication, and machining is invaluable when working with our heavy industrial equipment customers. He has extensive experience and knowledge as a custom home foreman. Gregg brings a level of maturity and knowledge to the entire staff, allowing for further education and growth of our apprentice programs.

Vince brings over 15 years in electrical experience to CRJ Electric. His numerous years of experience in wholesale electrical sales and purchasing, along with project management and field support make Vince an invaluable component of CRJ Electric.
John’s 15 years experience in all facets of computers, computer networking, information services and audio / video technology has been a real asset to CRJ Electric. His knowledge and ability to provide application solutions to our customers in these fields allows us to easily expand CRJ Electric into the fields of computer-based design, desktop support, and home theater integration.
Karry has been with CRJ Electric for the past year and enjoys sharing her experience and formal education with our customers. From new design concepts to remodels, she will assist you in coming up with the best look for your home and budget.
